This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate intricate and high-value contracts associated with clinical trials, including Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), and other pertinent documents.
• Ensure that contracts adhere to local and international regulations as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and finance, to guarantee alignment and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Engage with external parties, including clients, sites, and vendors, to streamline the contract negotiation and approval process.
• Oversee the progress of contract negotiations and proactively address any issues or concerns that may emerge.
• Keep precise records and documentation related to contracts and agreements.
• Offer guidance and support to project teams on contractual issues throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of contract management strategies and processes.
• Ensure prompt execution of contracts to adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and issues as they occur.
• Stay informed about updates in regulations and industry standards concerning clinical trial contracts.
• Mentor and guide junior contract specialists, aiding in their professional growth.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to improve the contract management skills of the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences)
• Significant experience in contract management or negotiation within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or related sectors
• In-depth knowledge of contractual regulations and guidelines governing clinical trials
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills may be advantageous depending on the location.
