Contract Specialist - Medicare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and oversee contracts with healthcare providers, encompassing rate and term negotiations, compliance monitoring, and resolution of operational challenges.

• Evaluate contract performance through established metrics and relay outcomes to key stakeholders.

• Conduct research and analysis of federal and state regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to Medicare policies and procedures.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.

• Engage in the creation and execution of policies and procedures related to contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, healthcare, or insurance sectors.

• Understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements along with Medicare policies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and capacity to manage intricate projects.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
