This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with Gordian clients, contractors, and essential stakeholders.

• Organize, assess, and disseminate vital contractual information to both internal teams and external partners.

• Create, evaluate, and assist with publicly solicited and privately negotiated contract documents, amendments, renewals, and associated materials.

• Support Program Delivery Managers, Program Developers, and other stakeholders during the contract development, solicitation, execution, and maintenance phases.

• Organize, prepare, and assess contract activities that support performance evaluations, renewals, extensions, and compliance requirements.

• Keep and update contractual data, schedules, and records using spreadsheets, databases, Smartsheet, CRM platforms, and document repositories.

• Facilitate and assist with internal and external meetings throughout the entire contract lifecycle.

• Aid in contractor engagement, client support, and operational initiatives across Gordian programs.

• Track contractual requirements while ensuring accurate documentation, records, and reporting.

• Coordinate and share contractual information with Program Delivery, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Address and manage daily inquiries related to contracts.

• Assist with key performance indicators, reporting metrics, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Provide support during audits, compliance reviews, and program assessments.

• Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree is preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

• Proven track record of successfully collaborating and cultivating positive working relationships.

• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of interpreting, reviewing, and managing contractual documentation and related requirements.

• Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
