Contract Sourcer – Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of top-of-funnel sourcing for Product Manager positions within Engine's consumer technology and B2B2C product sectors.

• Create and uphold high-quality passive candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other direct sourcing methods.

• Formulate targeted outreach strategies and messaging sequences to effectively engage with PM talent.

• Perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate whether candidates are qualified, interested, and available, subsequently introducing them to the Recruiting team.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to align on successful candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies as needed.

• Monitor pipeline activity and deliver regular reports on outreach efforts, response rates, and qualified candidates identified.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, particularly in Product Management roles.

• Proven experience in sourcing PM talent within consumer technology, B2B2C, or marketplace settings.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to create engaging, personalized candidate messages.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own sourcing workflow with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is mandatory.

• Experience in sourcing within travel, fintech, or product-led growth SaaS companies.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem, SeekOut, or hireEZ.

• Previous experience in startup environments and contract/embedded sourcing roles.
