This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate, analyze, and manage a substantial volume of commercial contracts and associated documents.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate terms for contracts, amendments, renewals, work orders, and related agreements.
• Recognize contractual risks and escalate intricate legal matters to in-house or external counsel when necessary.
• Facilitate contract reviews with business stakeholders and ensure prompt processing of agreements.
• Create, implement, and sustain a centralized contract management system that includes contract tracking, reporting, and document retention procedures.
• Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and negotiation guides.
• Monitor contract obligations, milestones, expiration dates, renewals, insurance requirements, and other essential terms.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of contract workflows, approval processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Support procurement, project management, and business teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Keep organized contract records and provide reports on contract status and key performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract review, administration, management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with engineering, architectural, consulting, professional services, construction-related, or similar agreements.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and interpretation.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
• Experience in implementing or managing a contract lifecycle management (CLM) or contract management system is preferred.
• Background in supporting construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or professional services organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes is preferred.
• Paralegal certification or relevant business, contract management, or procurement qualifications are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
