This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage the processes related to customer contracts and their renewals.
• Work closely with sales representatives and customer success managers.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with customers.
• Facilitate discussions on forecasting and conduct pipeline reviews.
• Interact with multiple customers through daily phone calls.
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch.
• Background in customer service and contract management.
• Experience in negotiation or sales.
• Previous experience in account management and/or customer retention.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
