Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the complete recruiting process for open positions within the organization, both domestically and internationally.

• Take ownership of the recruitment process from initiation to offer acceptance and hiring.

• Efficiently source, screen, and guide candidates through the recruitment pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Develop and sustain relationships with hiring managers to gain insights into role requirements and team dynamics.

• Assist in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a SaaS setting.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

• Experience in hiring for both technical positions (such as engineering and product) as well as non-technical roles (like operations and go-to-market).

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple open requisitions at once.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Juicebox, or other similar ATS/sourcing platforms.

• Experience recruiting for international positions in addition to roles based in the US.
