This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment to patients within your state(s) of licensure.

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals as well as Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to conduct video consultations, submit clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must not reside in Vermont or Massachusetts due to state regulations that limit 1099 work.

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Vermont is required.

• Possession of an active DEA and individual NPI number is mandatory.

• A fully completed and signed CAQH application must be submitted.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate.
