Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients within the scope of your licensure.

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for returning patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to facilitate video consultations with patients, submit clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must hold an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Utah.

• Possession of a valid DEA and individual NPI number.

• Submission of a fully completed and signed CAQH application is required.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in aggregate.
