This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for existing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to facilitate video call sessions with patients, complete clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in South Dakota is required.

• Must possess an active DEA and individual NPI number.

• Completion and submission of a fully filled out and signed CAQH application.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate is required.
