This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform for video consultations, clinical documentation, and managing patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must hold an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Ohio.

• Possess an active DEA and individual NPI number.

• Complete and submit a fully signed CAQH application.

• Have a collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or be willing to acquire one.

• Maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Hold independent liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
