Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and conduct Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform for video consultations with patients, complete clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of North Carolina.

• Hold a valid DEA and individual NPI number.

• Complete and submit a fully filled-out, signed CAQH application.

• Have a collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or be willing to acquire one.

• Maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Hold independent liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in aggregate.
