Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to engage in video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of New Hampshire and a minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience are required.

• You must possess an active DEA and an individual NPI number.

• A fully completed and signed CAQH application must be submitted.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage amount of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
