Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to facilitate video consultations with patients, complete clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Louisiana is essential.

• Possession of an active DEA and individual NPI number.

• Submission of a fully completed and signed CAQH application.

• A collaborating/supervising physician agreement is needed, or you must be willing to obtain one.

• A reliable internet connection is mandatory.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
