Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients in your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to conduct video sessions with patients, document clinical notes, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Alabama is required.

• Must possess an active DEA and individual NPI number.

• A fully completed and signed CAQH application must be submitted.

• An agreement with a collaborating/supervising physician is necessary, or you must be willing to obtain one.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
