Contract Operations Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of operational projects throughout the contract duration, from initiation to delivery.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Network, Growth, Finance, and external partners to ensure clarity on scope, milestones, and deliverables.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, tracking systems, and reporting tools to assess progress and dependencies.

• Promote cross-functional teamwork and responsibility to keep projects on schedule.

• Appropriately escalate issues and risks while ensuring prompt resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or a similar area.

• Proven track record in leading intricate, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to utilize data for informed decision-making.

• Experience in developing project reports, dashboards, and updates for executive audiences.

• Capability to quickly adapt, work autonomously, and deliver immediate results in a fast-paced setting.

• Established ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
