• Identifies and recruits providers as necessary to ensure network adequacy.

• Engages in contract negotiations with healthcare providers.

• Creates rate proposals and conducts financial analyses.

• Cultivates and manages relationships with key providers.

• At least five years of experience in negotiating contracts with providers, facilities, and physician groups.

• Knowledge of common contract provisions, provider reimbursement methodologies, and terms.

• Exhibits a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.

• Capable of establishing collaborative relationships with providers.
