This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Negotiate contract modifications and renewals that focus on value while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Leverage business development expertise to implement product expansion initiatives in conjunction with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to enhance accounts and drive additional opportunities.
• Work alongside Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to facilitate the contract renewal process, ensuring a positive customer journey.
• Foster collaborative relationships with customers.
• Lead discussions on forecasting and conduct pipeline reviews with colleagues internally.
• Contribute to the advancement of the Contract Management Organization by offering insights and testing new processes and playbooks.
• Gain valuable insights through a mini-MBA! You'll discover how various businesses function, the challenges they encounter daily, and how technology can significantly enhance their operations and employees' experiences.
• Proficient in business-level Portuguese.
• Background in customer service and contract management.
• Experience in negotiation or sales.
• Previous experience in account management and/or customer retention.
• Knowledge of Inbound Marketing & Sales principles.
