Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of sponsor contracts and change orders.

• Tasked with preparing contracts by drafting and/or integrating the relevant budget, scope of work, along with legal, financial, and operational terms.

• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to draft and finalize contracts and change orders.

• Lead and engage in conference calls to negotiate agreement terms, including the study budget, with the sponsor.

• Create and/or revise service description text alongside original proposal text, which together form the core contract or exhibit.

• Coordinate with the Project Management Lead and other functional departments to finalize timelines, project scope, and related costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of relevant experience in CRO or pharmaceutical data, including sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
