This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of the daily administration of our CLM platform from start to finish, ensuring it operates seamlessly while providing support to the team in all activities within it.
• Keep the Transaction Legal Group informed and empowered through Team Enablement — disseminating knowledge about system updates, implementing new processes, and offering the training and documentation our teams require to utilize the tools and workflows they rely on daily.
• Maintain a curious mindset about AI and its potential to improve our workflows, contributing your insights and experiences to the team.
• Optimize the flow of contracts through our processes and ensure consistency and compliance across our commercial legal operations.
• Create clear process documentation, ranging from brief how-to guides to comprehensive playbooks, ensuring our teams have reliable resources to depend on.
• Plan, monitor, and manage projects within the Transaction Legal Group, ensuring timely progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Assist in maintaining the Transaction Legal Group's SharePoint site, intranet presence, and other legal touchpoints, ensuring that information remains organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Effectively translate legal and business concepts for non-Legal teams, coordinating with internal customers thoughtfully while exercising sound judgment in prioritization and escalation when necessary.
• Compile data and reports that support leadership meetings and the Quarterly Board Report (QBR), ensuring that decision-makers have access to the necessary information to take action.
• Review and analyze legal documents with a strong understanding of the legal department's operations, including light drafting, review, and redlining as needed.
• Consistently provide day-to-day support that ensures our commercial legal processes operate smoothly.
• Apply an analytical perspective to operational challenges, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
• Adapt your working style to accommodate international business needs and stakeholders across various time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in contract management or a similar position within a legal department.
• Practical experience with CLM platforms and legal technology tools.
• Some hands-on experience using AI tools in a work environment, with a willingness to explore how AI can enhance your daily tasks.
• Experience in reporting and data analytics.
• Capability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
