This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist with the management and administration of existing contracts and procurement agreements.

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Aid contract managers in the review of task orders, invoices, and amendments.

• Deliver timely and comprehensive analysis along with recommendations.

• Maintain communication with contractors to clarify contractual obligations and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Implement contract management policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Create and sustain a centralized repository for contracts.

• Update electronic contract files and databases as necessary.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.

• Draft, edit, and review correspondence, meeting materials, and reports pertaining to contract performance.

• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and vendor performance for the Contract Manager (Authority).

• Help resolve issues related to contract compliance.

• Conduct reviews of contracts post-award.

• Stay informed about federal, state, and local procurement regulations.

• Provide training and support on contract-related topics to team members and staff.

• Manage documentation throughout the contract management life cycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) plus four years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution authorized to confer baccalaureate degrees in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or a related field.

• At least four (4) years of experience in contract management, including knowledge of principles, contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools, data systems, project support, finance, contracting, or proposals.

• FAC-C Professional certification or its equivalent.

• Capability to foster continuous improvement within a team setting, collaborating with other departments for timely processes and execution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• CFCM, CPCM Federal Contracting Warrant is preferred.
