• Assist in the administration and management of current contracts and procurement agreements.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Aid contract managers in the review of task orders, invoices, and amendments.
• Deliver prompt, comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison with contractors.
• Enforce contract management policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository for contracts.
• Evaluate contractor performance through reports and deliverables.
• Compose, edit, and review correspondence, meeting materials, and reports related to contract performance.
• Organize contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Address inquiries from customers and suppliers about order status.
• Assist with internal audits and external reviews.
• BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in contract management, understanding of principles, contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools and data systems, project support, finance, contracting, or proposals.
• FAC-C Professional certification or an equivalent qualification.
