This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the precise administration and continuous maintenance of customer and GPO agreements within commercial systems.

• Serve as a pivotal operational anchor in the Commercial Operations team.

• Ensure the integrity of pricing, adherence to contracts, and maintenance of audit-ready data.

• Transform contractual terms into dependable system records and regulated processes.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT departments.

• Assist in the rollout of new products or support strategic business initiatives.

• Supervise the integrity of the pricing procedures associated with Customer Contracts.

• Generate reports to uphold the data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle.

• Perform monthly and quarterly audits for the Finance and Legal teams.

• Develop, maintain, and conduct monthly analyses for GPO administration fees.

• Self-manage and prioritize incoming requests related to contract analysis.

• Update and maintain membership alignment in SFDC using external data sets.

• Suggest improvements and collaborate with the IT department.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field, or an MBA, or over 8 years of relevant work experience.

• More than 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or any analytical role focused on creating data reports and analytics.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional EU language is advantageous, with German being preferred.

• Strong experience in a multi-disciplinary setting that requires high adaptability.

• Background in the medical device or life sciences industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with SFDC and/or Oracle systems.

• Capability to analyze and interpret contracts and effectively communicate them in simple terms.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal oversight.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.

• Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
