Contract Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide support for intricate litigation and advisory matters within the outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort sectors.

• Manage complex liability, catastrophic injury, risk management, and employment issues.

• Engage directly with clients and take responsibility for assigned cases.

• Conduct legal writing, motion practice, and prepare pretrial documents.

• Collaborate with an established partner and enhance client relationships.

• Participate in ongoing client matters with a consistent flow of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active California bar license and reside in California.

• 7+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably involving complex commercial, liability, or catastrophic injury cases.

• Proficient legal writing skills, including motion practice and pretrial documentation.

• Strong judgment and excellent communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage cases with a high level of ownership.

• Interest in serving clients in outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort industries.

• Required to verify identity and work eligibility in the United States, and complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.
