Contract Integration Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assume overall accountability for the integration and execution of new contracts.

• Manage a significant integration project while also supporting the broader team on additional projects.

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure 'go live' timelines are achieved.

• Oversee supply chain planning activities, which include ordering, delivery, and setup of inventory, storage media, or equipment.

• Deliver regular, detailed implementation reports to the wider team, management, and stakeholders.

• Monitor progress on all new contracts and evaluate advancements with internal Incora stakeholders.

• Conduct update meetings with stakeholders across the organization.

• Travel throughout the EMEA region as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous proven experience in a customer-facing capacity.

• Experience in managing projects with strict deadlines.

• Ideally, familiarity with ERP systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to influence stakeholders effectively.

• Comfortable leading update meetings with stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

• Experience utilizing Copilot or other AI tools to boost productivity.

• Preferably located within a commutable distance from the Mirfield site.

• A valid UK driving license is preferable for regional or national travel.

• A criminal record check is required as a condition of employment.
