Contract Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual certification and training sessions utilizing Zoom and various online learning platforms.

• Present course material in an engaging, interactive, and professional fashion.

• Encourage learner engagement and uphold a constructive classroom atmosphere.

• Track learner progress and offer coaching, feedback, and assistance.

• Administer quizzes, assessments, and attendance in line with program guidelines.

• Communicate efficiently with Learning, Operations, and Program teams.

• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to all client and Arise requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in facilitating virtual or in-person training sessions.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to engage adult learners in a virtual setting.

• Proficient in using technology such as Zoom, PowerPoint, and learning management systems.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to operate independently as a contractor while adhering to project deadlines.

• Experience in customer service, contact center, healthcare, financial services, or technical support is advantageous.
