Contract Instructional Designer / Sales Enablement Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales Content Lead and various stakeholders to create and develop captivating sales enablement training materials.

• Design interactive eLearning modules, videos, job aids, presentations, and other learning resources that facilitate sales readiness initiatives.

• Leverage Vyond and Camtasia to produce multimedia learning content that is both visually appealing and pedagogically effective.

• Work alongside subject matter experts (SMEs), sales leaders, and instructional design collaborators to convert intricate information into straightforward, learner-friendly content.

• Create and sustain PowerPoint presentations and supplementary training materials.

• Ensure that all outputs adhere to instructional design best practices and principles of adult learning.

• Implement accessibility standards, branding guidelines, and quality assurance measures throughout the content development process.

• Integrate stakeholder feedback and QA review comments into final products while adhering to project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design and content development.

• Background in supporting sales enablement, sales training, customer education, or commercial learning initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in: Vyond, Camtasia, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE.

• Experience in creating interactive eLearning and multimedia educational experiences.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with SMEs and business stakeholders.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
