Contract Implementation Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures, making informed decisions accordingly.

• Supervise the contractual processes that impact various teams.

• Manage business regulations concerning contracts, including motor vehicle and legal obligations.

• Maintain existing accounts as required.

• Interact with different departments through email, phone, and HubSpot.

• Support internal audits, special projects, and client communications.

• Update and manage several databases.

• Monitor emails and internal communications for requests.

• Provide backup assistance to other specialists.

• Engage in both internal and external meetings.

• Foster relationships with DMV/state agencies to remain informed about policies.

• Train new specialists on state regulations and procedures.

• Evaluate and enhance contractual processes.

• Assist accounting and/or operations with financial matters related to non-compliance.

• Advise stakeholders on internal production systems and regulate access.

• Help resolve compliance issues with DMV.

• Participate in system testing for new products and feature launches as needed.

• Provide feedback to the marketing department for updating internal and external communications.

• Create and implement HubSpot templates for direct communication with internal and external clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training.

• Exceptional organizational, project coordination, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.

• Fundamental understanding of technical training for software users or support teams.
