Contract Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and construct medallion architecture utilizing dbt and Microsoft Fabric to improve data analytics capabilities.

• Develop and oversee data ingestion pipelines to guarantee smooth data flow and integration.

• Set up data governance protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

• Implement data lineage and documentation for enhanced data traceability and transparency.

• Create and enforce data quality checks to safeguard the integrity and precision of data assets.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to comprehend data needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with dbt, SQL, PySpark, and Python.

• In-depth knowledge of data engineering principles and best practices.

• Experience in developing data architectures, particularly medallion architectures.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or comparable data platform technologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
