This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the complete internal recruiting process for Onward Search, covering positions in Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP-level), and new business sectors.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to grasp hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and assess candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal systems, and proactive outreach.
• Oversee candidate pipelines and sustain progress in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while acting swiftly and decisively.
• Contribute to the development and formation of new divisions in partnership with internal leadership.
• Previous recruiting experience is essential; agency or staffing background is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal supervision.
• Experience in recruiting across various job families and levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in handling multiple open positions at once.
• Ability to quickly adapt and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
