Contract-based Employment/Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote, on-demand assistance for both short-term and long-term legal initiatives for client law firms.

• Manage cases with efficiency and effectiveness while adhering to established deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

• Experience in Employment Litigation is an advantage.

• Federal experience is a plus.

• Proficient in case management and organization.

• Capable of producing first drafts of substantive documents (MSJ; Responses in Opposition, etc.).

• Experience in scheduling, filing, and client communications.

• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
