Business Immigration Paralegal – Contract, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and finalize intricate business immigration forms along with related supporting documents with exceptional precision and minimal oversight.

• Create and complete tailored packets that may include I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485.

• Ensure all forms comply rigorously with current USCIS regulations, fee structures, and evidentiary requirements to reduce the risk of RFEs or denials.

• Systematically organize and compile case files, ensuring a clear framework and smooth transition to our internal legal operations team.

• Operate within set case-time parameters and provide finalized packets within quick and reliable turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal managing employment-based petitions.

• Demonstrated expertise and thorough knowledge of I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, and I-485 submissions.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal additional training or onboarding required.

• Exceptional document management and data entry abilities; a strong dedication to precision.

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
