This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee high-profile and intricate client contracts utilizing approved corporate templates and established contract language.
• Examine client redlines and contract documents provided by clients, determining suitable responses in accordance with approved deviations and escalation procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive contract packages and supporting documentation for review by the Law Department.
• Obtain contract signatures and distribute executed agreements to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Upload executed contracts and related supporting documentation into the contract management system.
• Collaborate with the Law Department to interpret contractual provisions, address disputes, and assist in legal review activities.
• Identify, document, and manage contract exceptions throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, approval processes, and considerations regarding contractual risk.
• Monitor and communicate the status of contracts, execution timelines, outstanding actions, and project milestones.
• Create, update, and maintain client records within the contract management system.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation opportunities.
• Act as an escalation resource for Contract Associate I and II team members.
• Provide coaching and training on contract administration policies and procedures.
• Engage in M&A project activities and contract reviews.
• Associate degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex contract administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial or client-facing contracts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing contracts through the entire contract lifecycle.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing contract management systems.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting RFP, RFQ, or bid response initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
