Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, negotiate, manage, and execute Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets specific to the assigned country-level SB&C function.

• Oversee the establishment of the country budget, which includes the development of relevant parameters.

• Collaborate with Study Start-up Managers, SB&C, Clinical Operations, and TAU teams to enhance SB&C metrics and implement effective processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied across SB&C processes while supporting ongoing improvement efforts.

• Serve as an escalation point for global budget issues that fall outside of established budget parameters.

• Utilize industry tools and data sources to offer budget and contract feedback that aligns with client specifications and fair market value guidelines.

• Identify potential delays, propose solutions, and escalate issues of non-performance.

• Manage the timelines for site contract and budget negotiations to ensure sites are prepared for enrollment as per the Startup Project Plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting.

• Experience that includes country budget development with increasing responsibilities within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• At least 2 years of oversight experience in site budgeting and contracting.

• Ability to articulate data insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

• Expertise in the principles driving country/site budgeting and contracting strategies.

• Exceptional organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Legal eligibility to work in Poland.
