Contract & Accounts Payable Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing supplier accounts, including reconciling supplier statements.

• Oversee the Accounts Payable inbox effectively.

• Ensure timely filing of electronic invoices and statements.

• Accurately code invoices and credit notes to the appropriate GL code.

• Handle Pleo expenses and address all expense-related inquiries.

• Reconcile expenditures on the company credit card.

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with teams across the organization.

• Execute month-end tasks such as intercompany recharges and preparing AP and AR reports.

• Manage a budget tracker for staff expenses and travel.

• Follow up on POs and support the credit control team.

• Set up supplier payments through the bank.

• Process opportunities within Salesforce.

• Handle daily processing of sales orders and sales invoices.

• Establish customer direct debits in GoCardless and record payments in NetSuite.

• Complete supplier and infosec documentation for Sales Representatives.

• Provide assistance to finance team colleagues.

• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company.

• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with accounting software NetSuite is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with an understanding of business operations.

• A collaborative individual who can effectively communicate at all organizational levels.

• A proactive team player with a willingness to take initiative.

• Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is highly valued.
