This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.
• Oversee the firmwide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance function, including managing relationships with licensing authorities (states and bar associations).
• Prepare and submit CLE reports and applications, ensuring accurate tracking of CLE status for all lawyers in the Firm.
• Provide general assistance to the Professional Development team.
• Apply for CLE accreditation for Firm events, both in-person and virtual.
• Stay informed about CLE licensing requirements.
• Keep accurate and current CLE records within the Firm's systems.
• Engage with attorneys regarding CLE requirements and compliance as needed.
• Assist the Professional Development team in administering the Learning Management System (LMS) related to CLE events and compliance.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a 2-year degree is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role within the legal or professional services sector.
• Experience in managing process documentation, databases, and scanned documents (CE Manager experience is preferred).
• Preferred experience in overseeing CLE tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel and Access being preferred.
• Minimum typing/word processing speed of 40 WPM.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
