Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a content strategist to oversee content quality and operations within our Product organization at Immersive.

• You will collaborate with GTM, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to comprehend how content is crafted, ensure it adheres to our style guide and tone of voice, and assist in maintaining consistently high-quality content.

• Your role will involve working with gated cybersecurity content and highly visible materials - including platform copy, website content, and marketing materials - aimed at audiences ranging from beginners to CISOs.

• You will develop and implement AI agents that aid teams in preserving quality and consistency on a larger scale. For instance, you might create agents that:

• Perform copyediting in line with our style guide

• Assist teams in crafting content that reflects our voice

• Detect areas where quality is declining

• You will utilize Gemini, Claude Chat, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code to innovate, prototype, and launch solutions that facilitate accurate content production. Accessibility will be integral to everything you create - ensuring content quality, readability, and accessibility standards are embedded in your workflows and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in strategically approaching content—be it in operations, editorial strategy, content marketing, or systems. You understand the flow of content within an organization and where it may encounter challenges. You are adept at addressing complex technical topics and can communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.

• You have a minimum of two years of experience handling content at scale—be it through copyediting, strategy, operations, or quality assurance. You are hands-on with AI and enjoy developing agents. Ideally, you have:

• Experience in creating or collaborating on Claude agents or automation workflows

• Proficiency with Claude Code to develop custom agents and workflows, or the ability to learn it quickly

• Advanced capabilities in prompting Claude and Gemini to address business challenges

• A passion for quality and consistency - you have strong views on good content and are not hesitant to advocate for our standards. You can work independently and communicate effectively across disciplines. You implement solutions, transitioning from identifying issues to prototyping and deploying AI-driven fixes, and then iterating based on team feedback.

• Experience in technology or cybersecurity, or working within a SaaS company, would be advantageous, though not mandatory.

• You are a quick learner who can swiftly adapt to our style guide and organizational tone of voice. You adjust to shifting business priorities and manage competing demands comfortably.

• You excel in independent work and are a strong communicator. You will engage with our Cyber, Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to discuss edits, inquire about content, and confirm technical accuracy. You are comfortable working across various disciplines and facilitating feedback between different stakeholders.

• Familiarity with essential cybersecurity concepts and tools is a plus, but not required.
