This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with sellers and subject matter experts in a dynamic setting to transform our sales playbook and updates into "rep-ready" materials such as training videos, slide presentations, and talk tracks.
• Investigate and adopt AI tools to facilitate content creation, summarize data, and enhance knowledge sharing.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing documentation to ensure content is centralized, current, and easily accessible for GTM teams across various platforms.
• Aid in the implementation of training for key initiatives, including territory alignment, cross-sell strategies, and product positioning.
• Engage with sales and customer success teams to grasp their daily requirements, pinpoint content gaps, and propose enhancements.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related area (internships included)
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities with the ability to distill complex subjects
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence or similar)
• Enthusiastic about exploring and learning new tools and technologies, particularly AI-based tools
• Capable of working efficiently in a remote, collaborative environment
