• Conduct quality assurance on technical and support materials, primarily in Spanish and occasionally in English, which includes user manuals, videos, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles.
• Examine content for grammatical accuracy, spelling, precision, formatting, categorization, device associations, and compliance with established quality and style standards.
• Ensure that published materials provide a premium customer experience and refrain from mentioning competitors, retailers, or negative messaging about products.
• Approve and publish content in the CMS or reject submissions while providing clear, actionable feedback if standards are not achieved.
• Work collaboratively with linking agents, technical writers, and other QA specialists across global teams.
• Identify gaps in content, missing devices, and areas for enhancing content coverage.
• Stay updated on technology trends, consumer devices, IoT, and emerging topics relevant to content development.
• Manage a QA work queue independently, including an initial backlog of content.
• Bilingual or highly proficient in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and content review abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• A genuine interest in technology and the capacity to quickly learn about new devices and concepts.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
