This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the creation of designated digital and supplemental content.
• Ensure adherence to content structure, enrichment standards, and various compliance guidelines (such as accessibility).
• Manage digital courseware content intended for both print and digital formats.
• Identify and oversee vendors to ensure quality compliance, adherence to schedules and budgets, while providing performance feedback.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams regarding the production workflow of digital content for Pearson systems and multiple partner platforms.
• Handle the change control process and impartially resolve any process-related issues and bottlenecks, as necessary.
• Engage with teams to establish processes that enhance content development and production workflows.
• Support the delivery of efficacy requirements at various stages of the product lifecycle during content development.
• Incorporate the addition of content metadata in program planning, ensuring that content is sufficiently enriched and formatted to deliver efficacy analytics that significantly impact learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners at Pearson Vue, Pearson X, Pearson video studio, and other internal/external partners to coordinate and schedule resources for creating customer-facing courseware products.
• Take responsibility for the testing phase of the production process to confirm that final products meet company standards.
• Ensure that the finished product fulfills the product requirements and meets user expectations.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing small to medium-sized project or initiative teams utilizing project management tools (such as Smartsheets, Projects, etc.).
• A proven history of effectively communicating with and influencing senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing content and content workflows within technical settings, including planning and delivering technical and print products.
• Demonstrated success in risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation, along with the development and application of change control processes is particularly crucial.
• Strong educational background – a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Project Management certification, such as PMP (PMI) or equivalent (not mandatory but advantageous).
