Content Producer – AI, Motion Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Generate ideas and produce videos, static visuals, and animations for PlantIn products.

• Utilize AI tools in production.

• Develop scalable templates and automated workflows for high-volume content.

• Create motion graphics: animated elements, transitions, and titles for both video and static formats.

• Test creative variations on small samples and scale successful options.

• Collaborate with the Social Growth Engineer.

• Prioritize tasks based on briefs and provide feedback on effective formats.

• Keep track of AI trends in content production and implement new tools.

• Be the owner of scalable AI content production for the network of PlantIn product accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in AI/Motion design and video production.

• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Experience working with AI tools for video/image generation and processing.

• Ability to create scalable templates/presets for production.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Figma for static design.

• High level of ownership and proactivity.

• A ready portfolio showcasing examples of work.

• Bonus: experience in a product company focusing on mobile apps or consumer apps.

• Bonus: basic skills in Python/JavaScript or no-code (n8n, Make).

• Bonus: experience working with large volumes of content.

• Bonus: experience with AI avatars, voice synthesis, lip-sync, or 3D/character animation.
