AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Transform briefs, scripts, and storyboards into polished videos using After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere.

• Manage the workflow from the initial Airtable brief to the final review.

• Collect assets and create AI expert avatars utilizing HeyGen, Terra, ElevenLabs, and other AI tools.

• Edit footage while enhancing subtitles, pacing, and sound quality.

• Develop engaging hooks and visuals with resources from Pinterest, organic assets, AI footage, stock footage, and motion graphics.

• Maintain a lively pace with approximately 2-second shots, cuts, speed-ups, sound effects, and close-ups.

• Adjust between experts based on priorities set by the SMM Lead in Airtable.

• Conduct research on new experts, tailor content to their unique style, and ensure continuity in workflow.

• Utilize and uphold shared After Effects templates and presets.

• Experiment with new formats and trends, sharing successful strategies.

• Produce around two 1.5-minute videos each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in motion design or video editing.

• A short-form portfolio showcasing work suitable for social media.

• Proficient in After Effects (including type animation, transitions, and templating) and Premiere, or an equivalent software.

• Familiarity with CapCut is advantageous, as the team utilizes it.

• Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, trends, and dynamic pacing.

• Practical experience with, or keen interest in, generative AI tools for video production, such as HeyGen, Kling, Seedance, and similar applications.

• Capability to work efficiently without compromising quality and adapt swiftly to changes in experts and priorities.

• Ownership skills: the ability to delve into briefs, ask pertinent questions, meet deadlines, and accept feedback gracefully.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian language.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level in English or higher.

• Experience creating content for US/EU audiences is a bonus.
