Content Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Content Executives and Content Interns.

• Distribute daily tasks and prioritize team activities according to business requirements.

• Perform regular quality assessments and offer constructive feedback.

• Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new team members.

• Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

• Manage the complete content sourcing pipeline.

• Ensure the smooth progression of content through review and production phases.

• Evaluate and approve content in alignment with Unravel's editorial standards.

• Collaborate with Product, Data, Editing, Marketing, and Growth teams to implement content initiatives.

• Monitor key operational metrics such as productivity, acceptance rates, turnaround time, and content coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Content Operations, Content Management, Digital Media, Creative Operations, or related fields.

• Prior experience in managing or mentoring teams.

• Strong project management and organizational competencies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical approach with experience in utilizing data to enhance workflows.
