This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Brand Content Strategists to grasp client needs and campaign goals.

• Assist in creating engaging content that drives action while adhering to brand voice and tone.

• Diligently proofread and edit content to ensure flawless spelling, grammar, and syntax tailored for the US market.

• Confirm that client revisions and tone of voice guidelines have been effectively applied.

• Ensure adherence to our clients' intricate brand guidelines and legal specifications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding command of US English (native level), with a profound grasp of grammar, syntax, and orthographic rules.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Journalism, or a related discipline is strongly preferred; a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.

• Impeccable writing and proofreading abilities tailored to the US market, with keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering flawless content.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in copywriting/proofreading.

• Background in B2C digital marketing or advertising.

• Familiarity with brands that maintain strict tone of voice and legal standards.

• Knowledgeable about US pop culture and current events.

• Capability to adopt and sustain brand voice across various clients.

• Experience with multiple marketing channels (paid media, email, web, SMS, direct mail).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of CMS, HTML, graphic design, and email platforms is preferred.

• Client-facing experience is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Efficient, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

• Availability during Greek business hours (typically 10:00 – 19:00 GR time).
