This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and oversee the comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar from inception to execution.
• Create LinkedIn content that aligns with the positioning of leadership.
• Manage the production of long-form reports, whitepapers, and analytical articles focused on private markets and secondaries.
• Coordinate with freelance researchers and writers, overseeing and editing their contributions.
• Direct and ensure the quality of visual content produced by the internal design team, including infographics, GIFs, and videos.
• Establish and maintain a mailing list along with regular newsletters.
• Initiate and manage a video interview series featuring industry counterparts.
• Oversee conference participation, speaking engagements, giveaways, and related visibility initiatives.
• Create content strategies that align with growth priorities and pipeline objectives.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as outreach emails, follow-up communications, one-pagers, pitch support, and presentations.
• Optimize LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and paid promotional efforts.
• Support lead-nurturing processes with valuable insights.
• Contribute to website messaging and optimize landing pages.
• Identify content opportunities that align with market trends and commercial goals.
• Monitor engagement and performance across various channels and report findings to leadership.
• Develop and enhance lead scoring frameworks based on content engagement, website activity, and campaign interactions.
• Present warm leads and content insights to the sales team.
• Guide and empower the sales team to leverage content in outreach and deal discussions.
• Continuously refine the content program based on its impact on the pipeline.
• Align content initiatives with revenue objectives in partnership with leadership and sales.
• Propose integrated content campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers on visual storytelling and data-driven graphics.
• 3–6 years of experience in content or marketing, preferably within private markets, PE/VC, financial services, or a similar B2B environment.
• Familiarity with private markets, PE, VC, secondaries, or fundamental investment concepts (preferred).
• Commercial understanding of how content contributes to deal flow and pipeline development.
• Ability to balance analytical depth with persuasive and accessible writing.
• Comfortable directing designers and freelancers effectively.
• Proficient working knowledge of Figma.
• Independent, proactive, and confident in managing projects from start to finish.
• Able to handle the entire marketing function independently.
• Strong editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
