Content Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the content strategy for Fran Collado's YouTube channel (top priority)

• Create that strategy with a focus on customer conversion

• Lead the team

• Determine what content should be recorded (what, how, and when)

• Ensure all content is published on time and meets the required quality standards

• Continuously seek improvements (hooks, retention, storytelling)

• Analyze YouTube metrics (retention, CTR, watch time, views, subscribers) and make decisions based on data

• Suggest new ideas and formats

• Manage content planning and inventory

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in growing YouTube channels, with measurable metrics (subscribers and/or views)

• Practical experience in creating content for YouTube and social media

• Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions

• Strong creative judgment (understanding what works and why)

• Experience in team leadership

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ownership mindset (taking responsibility for the area, not merely executing tasks)

• Knowledge of or a strong interest in optimization using AI
