This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the content strategy, creative production, and social storytelling efforts for the BridgeUSA division at CIEE.
• Lead a small, high-performing creative team that includes a copywriter, graphic designer, video content creator, and social and community interns.
• Create and maintain the annual content strategy that aligns with priorities for participant recruitment, employer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Manage the content calendar for all Direct markets and U.S. recruitment initiatives.
• Direct the production of participant stories, testimonials, user-generated content, employer success stories, and partner materials.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the skills of creative team members and interns.
• Establish content production workflows, manage creative intake, prioritize tasks, and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, markets, and materials aimed at partners.
• Collaborate with B2C and B2B marketing leaders and sales teams to produce high-converting assets.
• Supervise the organic social strategy and central channel calendar, which includes community management standards.
• Develop ambassador and alumni content programs, including the management of the ambassador and user-generated content platform.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted opportunities for content creation, adaptation, and localization on a large scale.
• Oversee freelance and contract creative resources, including contract video production.
• Analyze and report on content performance metrics, such as production volume, engagement rates, organic reach, sales-team asset utilization, and contributions to lead generation.
• A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in content, editorial, or creative production.
• At least 3 years of experience managing creative talent, including designers, writers, or video producers.
• A portfolio showcasing multi-channel content that has successfully driven measurable engagement or conversions.
• Experience overseeing video and photo production from initial concept through final delivery.
• Proven ability to uphold brand standards across various markets or business lines.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and project management tools like Asana or Monday.
• Practical experience in applying AI tools for content production, adaptation, or localization.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to say no with justification when workloads are full.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Capability to collaborate with remote field staff and colleagues across different time zones.
• Must be innovative, creative, and adaptable to changing environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a sense of humor.
