📋 Description

• Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms for upcoming trends, sounds, and formats.

• Transform trends into actionable content ideas.

• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short-form videos and static social media content.

• Develop and implement strategies to encourage and utilize user-generated content.

• Create brand content that embodies an authentic UGC-style aesthetic.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager/Content Lead and the Marketing/Creative teams.

• Edit content, incorporate text overlays, integrate trending audio, and use basic motion graphics or in-app effects.

• Organize, manage, and archive digital assets, including raw footage, edited videos, and graphics.

• Stay updated on platform best practices, features, and algorithm changes.

• Provide insights based on content performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Ability to shoot compelling short-form video content, often using a smartphone, and edit effectively.

• Comfortable with mobile editing apps like CapCut and InShot, as well as desktop software such as Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, or basic Premiere Pro.

• Strong understanding of effective UGC and experience in producing authentic UGC-style content.

• Ability to quickly generate creative ideas and adapt to rapidly changing social media trends.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

• Must be located in Colombia.

• Completion of an Excel and typing test will be part of the interview process.
