Content Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Evaluate vehicle listings prior to publication, ensuring all necessary information is complete.

• Confirm vehicle details, including make, model, trim, year of manufacture, specifications, and features.

• Assess vehicle images for accuracy, proper matching, and adherence to photography standards.

• Ensure all content is devoid of spelling, formatting, and factual inaccuracies.

• Cross-verify vehicle information against supporting documentation or approved systems.

• Detect and rectify errors or return incomplete listings for necessary completion.

• Ensure adherence to publishing guidelines and content quality standards.

• Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to minimize errors and enhance content quality.

• Document ongoing problems and communicate them to the Content Supervisor or Content Manager.

• Contribute to the enhancement of review procedures and quality control processes.

• Audit 360-degree vehicle images for completeness, technical quality, missing frames, and clarity.

• Ensure 360-degree images accurately reflect the vehicle's condition.

• Match images of any vehicle damage or visible defects with vehicle inspection reports.

• Review technical vehicle inspection reports for completeness of sections, findings, and observations.

• Verify consistency between inspection reports, vehicle images, and listing data.

• Ensure that technical findings and damages are documented in accordance with company policies.

• Confirm that supporting images are available for reported defects and damages.

• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them for correction prior to publication.

• Ensure that published vehicle listings contain accurate and reliable information, images, and inspection reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• Experience in content review, data entry, or quality control is preferred; experience within the automotive or e-commerce sector is a plus.

• Solid understanding of vehicle makes, models, trims, and specifications.

• Competence in utilizing electronic systems and content management tools.

• Excellent proofreading abilities and a keen eye for detail.
