Contact Center Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform qualified leads into bookings through phone, email, and chat utilizing a consultative sales strategy.

• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce by logging activities, tracking follow-ups, and overseeing opportunities until closure.

• Generate revenue across B2C and B2B sectors by suggesting appropriate travel experiences.

• Follow up with leads and engage in outbound re-engagement efforts.

• Provide outstanding service while meeting key performance indicators for conversion, retention, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about product offerings, brand promotions, and travel trends.

• Engage in training sessions, share best practices, and work towards shared objectives.

• Foster loyalty and encourage repeat business through tailored service and long-term relationships.

• Support a 7-day contact center operation through rotating shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

• Assist with overtime requirements during busy periods.


⛳️ Requirements

• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and surpass quotas in a target-oriented environment.

• Proficient in consultative selling techniques, including effective questioning, active listening, and providing product recommendations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for lead management, activity tracking, and driving conversions.

• Knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales and support processes.

• Strong relationship-building and rapport-establishing capabilities.

• Capacity to collaborate and foster a positive sales culture.

• Experience in a highly structured, performance-oriented, fully remote setting with clear expectations and accountability.

• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate a 7-day contact center operation through rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

• Openness to work overtime during peak seasons.

• Willingness to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.

• Ability to commence full-time work on October 7, 2026, if selected.
